Getting Started

Anthology Evaluate now offers advanced integration options for Blackboard Learn clients, ensuring a seamless experience for learners to keep track of upcoming course evaluations.

Integration options include:

  1. Calendar Events (compatible with both Blackboard Learn Ultra and Original)
  2. Evaluation Reminders (exclusive to Blackboard Learn Ultra)

Note: Integrations are dependent on the Course Section SectionIdentifier in Evaluate matching the corresponding CourseID in Blackboard Learn. These external id values must be identical for the integration to work successfully.

Submit a Support Ticket

Once you've completed the steps mentioned above, a member of our support team must enable the feature for your institution. To do so, please create a support ticket indicating your desire to enable calendar events and include your Blackboard Learn URL in the ticket details.

Launching the Tool

Once a member of our support team enables the feature, students may now begin to view calendar events for upcoming course evaluations!

Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for the system to display the event after it has been added to an administration. The feature includes both a start event, set to appear at the administration's opening time, and an end event, which displays one hour before its closure.

For institutions using the Blackboard Learn Ultra experience, students will also receive a notification on their Activity Stream page, alerting them of the upcoming event seven days before the start date.

After the event has taken place, it will be categorized as a "Recent" event and will eventually be removed from the Activity Stream as new events occur.
