The term is the overarching time period within which you may run administrations, while parts of terms break this time period down further, allowing you to run administrations at different points during your term. Terms and parts of terms are assigned via the import process. The term dates should match the dates of your institutional term dates. The term drop down also plays an important role in your ability to toggle through results based on the term in the reporting area.
