Allowing instructors and report administrators access to their course evaluation data is done on the schedule of each campus. Instructors have access to their data via the Faculty Experience webpage. Report Administrators (chairs, deans, program directors) can access results through the Course Evaluation administrator portal.

Reports may be scheduled when the administration is created or at any point during/after the administration of the evaluation by choosing the Edit Details button on any administration. The Instructor Reports option will release reports to the Faculty Experience. The Administrator Reports option will release reports to report administrators.
