When creating an administration, you are able to schedule the initial faculty and student notifications as well as a faculty report mailing.

To add additional mailings to your administration, open the administration and scroll to the Associated Mailings section. From here, you can click Schedule Student Mailing on the Students tab; on the Faculty tab, you can schedule click Schedule Faculty Mailing or Schedule Report Mailing.

In the new windows, follow the prompts for scheduling your mailing and creating the template. Don't forget your access links (via Placeholders)! Click Schedule.
